A house near the beach.

A bunch of hot strangers.

A three-month party that's

off the hook.

This share house is in the heady hills of Hollywood, where the neighbors include the Brangelina posse and the O. Twins. How to pay rent? Jared doesn't have to. It's his uncle's place, and he's got Lindsay, Sara, and two other L.A. wannabes paying his way.

Besides, in Hollywood, everybody's one degree away from being fabulously rich and famous -- even if it means fetching soy lattes for the B-listers and working as an "assistant assistant grip," whatever that means.
