Descrição

Living in the Sunlight is a deceptively simple daily (and nightly) meditation practice of identifying with the Sun (material and spiritual) and then consciously radiating its light unto others, letting go of harmful and non-life-affirming thoughts and emotions (energies) in the process. In doing so we can experience an inner joy and vitality that increases over time and in turn, brings joy to those around you. Restored from the archives of the Aleister Crowley Estate by OTO Grand Master Steve King, this book outlines the context and concepts behind the practice and offers a workable framework and map of consciousness that anybody could use, irrespective of denominational affiliations and ideological convictions. The book's clear and unassuming narrative is brimful with initiated knowledge and steeped in the esoteric lore of Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) and Aleister Crowley's Thelema.
