Additionally, incorrect procedures and planning\u003cbr\u003e\ncan result in damage or failure of key pieces of equipment or systems during\u003cbr\u003e\nsubsequent operation.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis consensus was prepared by a task group of this subcommittee under the\u003cbr\u003e\nleadership of Edward Beardwood.
